Send a return request via email to Info@InfinityHygieniccare.com within the return window. Include your order ID, reason for return, and photographs of the item (if defective or damaged). Our support team will validate the request and share a return authorization and instructions. Ship the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of damaged or defective products, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements will be shipped free of cost once the returned item is received and approved.
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel, contact our support team as soon as possible at Info@InfinityHygieniccare.com. If the order has already been shipped, the return policy applies.
